Pictures Coming Soon

The 25th anniversary of the 2010 Stoney Lonesome Hare scramble Championship Series was concluded on Sunday November 7th with the running of our annual TEAM RACE. Unfortuntely, the club grounds have not seen any rain since the last and final round of the Hare Scramble series held in september. That left the riders facing dust, dust and more dust. The mini class consisted of 65cc, 85cc and super mini team combinations. Luke Chilman and Colton Pifer put on a clinic and landed the overall morning victory. The big bike team race started at 1:00 pm with many riders hoping for a shot at the ROCK. 28 total heavy bike teams lined the front row. Needless to say, the dust cloud left behind was massive. 13 Ironman riders joined the ranks for the first time at the Stoney team race which added some excitement. In the end, The Cregg brothers (Andy and Jeff) were able to hold of a challenge from Nate Sullivan (2010 Stoney Champion) and Johnny Robbins for the coveted spot on the Rock. Congratulations to Donnie Helterbrand III for his first ever race victory for taking the Ironman win.
